I forgot to take a picture but I got a combo with a side of teriyaki and mango chicken. This place isn't the best, the chickens are either slightly burned or too soft. My issue is the fact that the noodles don't really taste like anything. There is also the scent emitting from the noodles which isn't exactly pleasant. There are better options than this place, just choose where you spend your money.

Worst Thai food I have ever had in my life.
I was in a hurry to grab something back today. Thought what one could go wrong with Thai food. Big Mistake.
Pad Thai, really? What they cooked is not pad thai. I think I can make it better than this. had few bites because I was hungry then dumped it in the garbage. Their spicy chicken was same. Not sure whether it was even real thai dish, think not.
Do not waste your money on this food. -

Ruby Thai Kitchen is located in the "dining pavillion" ala food court in the Great Mall. saw scoop ready entrees on the steam table, some proteins are deep fried. entrees @5.99, 2 entrees + rice about 8.99.
eats: spring egg roll @.99
-crunchy, mushy taste with carrots and cabbage inside
heavy msg/sodium taste.
take outs:
-associates are friendly, food not so tasty. -

I honestly don't even know why I came here.
Ruby Thai Kitchen is one of the food court options in Great Mall in Milpitas, and it's honestly not particularly remarkable. It takes the Panda Express concept of Chinese takeout except make it more Thai and make it not as good and way more heavy and oily.
I honestly don't think the food is terrible since I like the Panda Express model and don't particularly have a high bar when it comes to Chinese takeout-esque food, since it's just heavy food that satisfies that craving every once in a while, but I find the execution by Ruby Thai Kitchen not something that particularly makes me want to go back. The Pad Thai in particular is just very sweet and heavy, not anything like you would expect from a Pad Thai, and given that this is Thai food, you'd expect things to have a bit more of a spicy kick, but you're not getting that.
I'd recommend other options.
TIP: Go to Panda Express. -

If I could give this place zero star it would be a zero. What was I thinking even getting food that's been sitting. This is a place disgrace for Thai food. The vegetables were overly salted and everything taste so disgusting. Whoever cooked the food must've not even tried it, overly salty and gross!! I don't get how it's even opened still, if you want Thai food please drive the extra mile and never eat here.
